Meadowsweet Kennel

Kennel                 Moments we are very proud of....

October 2002,  Bedlington Terrier Club of America National Specialty ,

Montgomery County Kennel Club,  Ambler, PA.

What a wonderful weekend!  Starting with stud dog, Meadowsweet Flashback (Mason) finished in the top 10 dogs in 2001!  He is sired by Sally Schills boy, Chimneyhouse Lord Derby (Derby), and Mason's mother, pictured in Brood bitch is Meadowsweet Summers Hot (Summer)!   Mason is, of course, the father of Millbrook Amazing Grace (Grace) and Millbrook Red White 'n Bluestar (Libbee)!  Grace and Libbee are litter sisters.  Their mother is Bluestar Millbrook Watch Me (Jamie)!  Grace won the 9-12 month Puppy Class and Libbee took second in the same class!  Not bad, for sisters!

Brood bitch is just as exciting!  First, the brood bitch is Meadowsweet Summers Hot!  Boy is she hot!  She is pictured with her boys, Meadowsweet Flashback and Meadowsweet Winter Blitz (Blitz)!  Mason is mentioned above and Blitz is, of course, Summer's boy, and his father is a Norwegian import, Borsali'nos Tio (Tio)!  More information about Tio can be found on his page.   Blitz is again pictured as Best of Winners!  What an accomplishment with less then 5 shows under his belt!  Blitz is pictured with Vicky White, who took Blitz back into the breed ring and won Best of Winners!

And let's not forget Forever Autumn (Autumn)!  No cat is safe with her around!  Autumn is shown winning Reserve Winners Bitch! This was her third show!  Earlier this same weekend, she took a 4 point Major by winning Winners Bitch at Hatboro!  That was her First show!  All three shows, she went home having won the Bred By Class!  What an exciting start, for such an exciting little bitch!  Autumn's mother is Meadowsweet My Fair Lady, (Ellee) and her father is our Norwegian, Tio!

CH Meadowsweet Forever Autumn, Autumn went on to win Best of Winners, Bedlington Terrier National Floating Specialty,  in Chicago, IL  June 2003 (Below)

CH Meadowsweet Flashback,  Mason shown winning Best of Winners at the Bedlington Terrier National Specialty held at the Morris and Essex show in October 2000,  Mason went on to be our biggest winner with multiple group placements.

CH  Meadowsweet Summer's Hot,  winning Best of Winners at the Bedlington Terrier National Specialty,  Montgomery County Kennel Club,  October 1998.

CH Meadowsweet O'Doutell,  Doodles went Best of Opposite Sex from the Bred-By Class,  Bedlington Terrier National Specialty,  Montgomery County Kennel Club,  October 1989

I am proud of all my wins, big and small.  The Specialty wins are the most treasured because of the size of the entries they attract and the quality and experience of the dogs and handlers competing.

Thanks for Looking.
